portable digital camera help?
I am writing a book, for that I need a lots of pictures. The subject of the book is such that many times I have to take picutures of events that happen without any notice.
So basically i am looking for a camera which has sufficient reolution (so that it can be published) at the same time it it portable enough that I can keep it with me anytime without a big bulky bag.
Out of curiosity are there any cellphones that have high resolutions like 2-3 megapixels for verizon?

There are cellphones with that megapixel rating, but the sensors are so physically small that they are noisy and of poor quality. You would be better served with a small point and shoot digital that you hang around your neck like jewelry, such as the Canon ELPH series of digital cameras.
