What’s the best phone out there for taking pictures and recording video at night?

I own a Nokia N95, 5 megapixel camera, Carl Zeiss optics, Tessar lens, MPEG-4 VGA video capture of up to 30 fps, video zoom up to 10x, and photography zoom up to 20x. Although the phone both delivers great quality pictures and videos during the day it sucks at night.

For taking pictures at night N82 is the best due to its xenon flash.I am using N82 from the past 1 year and it takes amazing pictures at night.In fact at night i prefer taking pictures in pitch dark conditions.
But the xenon flash doesn’t works for Video Recording so video recording at night is out of question.
No phone will offer you good video recording at night as it will consume the battery very fast.
